Return Policy
✂️ Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before your item has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order at this stage, you will receive a full refund. Once your treasure has been dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations, as it has already begun its journey to you.
📦 Returns (If Applicable)
We gladly accept returns on our Himalayan art pieces. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return👉 your item must be unused, in the same pristine condition as when you received it, and returned in its original protective packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.[玫瑰]
💸 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have it. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
1. First check your bank account or payment app statement, as some financial institutions take additional time to post refunds.
2. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as there may be a processing delay on their end even after we’ve issued your refund.
3. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our support team, and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
