✂️ Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment or production.

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for Himalayan artworks.

If your item arrives with manufacturing defects or quality issues, you may apply for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Late requests will not be processed.

Conditions for Return & Refund (All Must Be Met)
  1. Please send a video showing the defect/quality issue and your proof of purchase via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  2. We will carefully inspect and inform you of the result by email.

  3. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  4. The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  5. Return shipping due to quality issues is free of charge (covered by us).

Exchange Rules
  1. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Proof of purchase is required.

  1. First check your bank or payment account statement — some institutions have longer processing times.

  2. Contact your credit card or payment provider to check for system delays.
